People often think that the Buddha only taught meditation, but he also taught ways to live together in society which can lead to more happiness. We will reflect upon how we view ourselves and others, and how we can practice seeing each other in a positive light. Living together well can be taken up as a spiritual practice, and we will discuss some of those practices.
