Laurel Park Arts

Laurel Park Arts is the cultural initiative of the Laurel Park Association, a non profit organization that offers artistic, educational, spiritual, and cultural programs to residents of Northampton and Western Massachusetts in the historic buildings and grounds of Laurel Park. A central feature of the park is its tabernacle, a beautifully restored, covered outdoor theater and music venue.

LPA runs programs in Laurel Park with the gracious cooperation of Homeowners At Laurel Park (HALP). For questions about living in Laurel Park, email

Chautauqua Day Live Music in the Tabernacle!

The Tabernacle is a lovely, relaxed place to hear all kinds of live music. This year we bring you an eclectic assortment.

Come early and get dinner from Holyoke Hummus, who will have their fancifully painted truck parked by Normal Hall from 3:30-5:30!

5:00 American Harmony, directed by Nym Cooke, sings shape note music.

6:00 Radio Free Earth brings socially conscious "neo-retro" funkiness to the stage

7:00 Laurel Park's own Mark Herschler combines gorgeous classically informed guitar work with soulful, heartfelt bluesy songs.
